| :::::::::::::::: Cerberus was set up by John Andrew following his freelance translating work in Moscow and London in the early 1990s. In the mid-1990s, as well as Russian-language work, Cerberus began to take on publishing and editing contracts, largely in response to the pressure on academic institutions in the UK to safeguard their funding by publishing solid research work. Cerberus has been involved with many academics and institutions, mainly those specialising in eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Our expertise allows the author to concentrate on content rather than the nitty-gritty of publishers’ specs, with the added bonus that our sensitive editing work is a valued “quality control check”.
